Client Screening Process

Our clients must meet the following criteria:

1. Be a member of local investor association. Shows a willingness to learn from others.
2. Be pre-approved for refinancing with our underwriter.
3. Must present us with their deal and show a minimum equity of 30% at refinance.
4. Have 1 1/2% loan cost for escrow account
5. Have our inspectors, appraisers and mortgage brokers inspect the deal.
6. If we provide funds for rehab, we pay the contractors at completion of job after inspection.
